Any 2D or 3D wire shape your drawing calls for, from hooks and brackets to handles, guards and spring-loaded levers. The parts are formed on multi-axis CNC machines, so repeat orders come out the same.

Circlips and wire snap rings, internal and external

Rings that sit in a groove to stop a part sliding off a shaft or out of a bore. E-type clips, wire snap rings and multi-turn rings are all available. Multi-turn rings have no protruding lugs to catch on nearby parts.

Bushings

Sleeves that guide, protect and reduce wear

Sleeves fitted between moving parts to cut friction and wear. They protect a shaft or housing, keep clearances from opening up over time and, in valves, help seal around the stem.
